Join Friends of the Rail Park for a street level tour of Philadelphia's next great public space. Traversing through Fairmount, Spring Garden,Callowhill, Chinatown North and West Poplar, we will follow the 3 mile elevated and submerged route of the former Reading and Pennsylvania Railroads and visit Phase One, slated to begin construction in 2015.

There will be four tours offered during DesignPhiladelphia 2014. All are free and open to the public, though space is limited and a ticket is required. (Meets at the Perelman Building.)

Tour 1: Saturday, October 11th, 11:00AM - 1:00PM

Tour 2: Sunday, October 12th, 11:00AM - 1:00PM

Tour 3: Sunday, October 12th, 3:00PM - 5:00PM

Tour 4: Monday, October 13th, 11:00AM - 1:00PM
