Please join us for an evening of wine, light snacks and hands-on design. Moto Designshop + Milyon will host an open house to display recent architectural work and introduce a new collaborative effort that engages lighting design as both a light source and artistic expression.

A brief workshop will take place allowing guests to assemble a unique light fixture using off the shelf materials and an open source template. The goal is to build yourself a hanging light fixture that can dynamically change based on personal taste and space limitations.

In addition to the workshop, Milyon will introduce a series of light fixture prototypes that explore manipulations of glass, ceramics, fiber, wood, plastic, cellulose, metal, moss and plastic materials. This display, along with current work by Moto, will give you an inside look at the culture of our studio and what makes us tick.
