Temple Contemporary, along with the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, presents a free hands-on workshop in the basic skills and techniques of old fashioned hand lettering.

The workshop coincides with Vital Signs, a Temple Contemporary-Mural Arts collaborative project that gives face lifts to “ghost signs” that advertise existing multi-generational, family-owned businesses in Philadelphia.

BONUS: Every participant leaves the workshop with their own sign!
